ℹ️ Information:
Maestro Besim shows us how he makes excellent bread in this spectacular 1920 wood oven. He has been doing it every night since 1975! We are near Rome, in Frascati (Castelli Romani) at the famous Forno Ceralli in Piazza Bambocci. At the beginning of the video we can see Nonna Rosanna, 97 years old, historical figure of this Forno, sitting at the foot of the building where this Wood Oven is located, a medieval building from 1380! In fact, this which is the last wood-burning oven in Frascati is located right in the oldest building in the city. The eyes of a poet would have no difficulty composing a poem in a similar context. I am lucky to have been there and to be able to share this little video with you which I hope you will appreciate.
