Human Settlements  Deputy Minister Tandi Mahambehlala joined in the global obeservation for this year's Nelson Mandela Day Celebration Under the theme “it's still in our hands to combat poverty and inequity”, and handed over blankets and food packs to the elderly, people living with disability and households who were affected by the recent floods in Kossovo, Nyanga in the City of Cape Town.
