Chamberlain cake belongs to those rich, full of flavor, real, old-fashioned cakes where every bite is a real pleasure. Whoever decides on this cake will not go wrong. An extraordinary combination of soft crusts of egg whites and walnuts, two creams that are cooked and combined into one, plus a grillof fried sugar and roasted hazelnuts, all rounded with chocolate.

Ingredients:

Crusts - baked 4 in a round mold 26cm or 2 in a large baking sheet of oven bottom 40 x 30cm, and for one are the ingredients:

4 egg whites
4 tablespoons sugar
50 gr ground walnuts
1 tablespoon flour

Phil I:

2 egg yolks
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons starch / cornstarch
350 ml milk
100 g of milk chocolate (it may or may not be, it's original without, but i prefer milk chocolate filling)

Phil II:

14 egg yolks
12 tablespoons of assugar
100 g dark chocolate
250 g butter

Greeting artist:

200 g sugar
150 gr roasted hazelnut (the measure can be even smaller - 150 g of sugar and 100 g of hazelnuts and is enough)

Ganash - may or may not - if desired:

100 g dark chocolate
150 - 200 ml of sweet sour cream
