The purpose of this video is to highlight Trillium Community Health Plan’s Start Smart for Baby
counseling services. Start Smart for Baby is a program created and funded by TCHP to help
Trillium Members who are pregnant receive the education, medical and family resources
necessary to give they and their babies a healthy beginning.
