Tide Pool Creatures of Maui, Hawaii
There are so many creatures in the tide pools here on the island of Maui. In this video you can see a snowflake moray eel, baby reef lobster, juvenile humpback cowry, cushion sea star, black sea cucumber, white-spotted sea cucumber, thin-shelled rock crab, nerites, flat rock crabs, pale rock-boring urchin, swollen bubble snail, and a paper bubble snail. I do not normally touch any of the creatures - only if they get left on the sand from the high tide - which was the case with the bubble snails. These clips were filmed over the last few years (2019 - 2021) in south Maui.
