【BIG MAMA's Stir-fried Mugeunji Recipe】

≪ What You Need≫
1/4 head of ripe Kimchi, crushed garlic, green onion, red chilli powder, perilla oil, cooking oil, green plum extract, salt, pepper, soy sauce, sesame

◈ How to Cook ◈
① Wash and chop Mugeunji (ripe Kimchi) ♩
② Put 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic into a bowl ♪
③ Crush green onion's white part ♩
④ Put green onion into a bowl and mix ♪
⑤ Put a little bit of red chilli powder ♩
⑥ Pour some perilla oil and green plum extract ♪
⑦ Put 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and salt ♩
⑧ Pour cooking oil on the pan and heat it up ♪
⑨ Set it to high heat, and stir-fry Mugeunji ♩
⑩ Add soy sauce if you want ♪
⑪ After 5 minutes of stir-frying, add perilla oil ♩
⑫ Decorate it with sesame ♬
