Laura Silverman belongs to a group of young American women who are making a big difference in the world of sobriety.
They truly are a sobriety collective.
After being hospitalised for the second time in 2007, Silverman decided enough was enough and ventured down the sober path so many of us are so frightened to step foot on.
A decade later, after battling through anxiety, OCD, and frequent panic attacks, Silverman is a proud sober woman doing all she can to help others find the route back to life through her work at The Sobriety Collective.
During this interview we talk about that fateful night in 2007, how she stays sober despite still suffering from anxiety, OCD, and panic attacks, and a whole lot more.
Enjoy.
