I absolutely love the structure of this workout routine! It's intense and keeps you on your toes. Here's a breakdown of what you'll be tackling during each session:

You'll be powering through 12 different exercises, with the following timing for each:

10 seconds ON,
10 seconds OFF,
20 seconds ON,
10 seconds OFF,
25 seconds ON,
10 seconds OFF,
30 seconds ON.
