Hey, welcome back! In today’s vlog, I'm slowing down and embracing the cosy autumn vibes with a cafe-hopping afternoon in the heart of Munich, Germany. I’ve been living in this city for the past 6 years and today I am visiting three of my favorite spots, including a vegan-friendly gem, while sharing the importance of taking time for myself, enjoying delicious food and creating balance in my busy day.

First stop is Om Nom Nom Cafe & Feinkost, where I warm up with a grilled vegan cheese sandwich packed with artichokes and truffle—seriously the perfect comfort food for a chilly Fall day like this. Then, I stop by Cafe Dankl for an oat milk espresso and a slice of their dreamy cheesecake with a chocolate crumble base that’s genuinely too good to miss. Last stop is Aran, my go-to cafe in the heart of Munich (Odeonsplatz area) anytime I crave an oat matcha latte.

Along the way, I’m sharing tips on self-care, the importance of spending time alone, and how to create a work-life balance that makes you feel happier and more fulfilled each day. Whether you’re looking for travel inspo, new cafes to try, or just a reminder to slow down and enjoy the little things, I hope this vlog speaks to you.

Don’t forget to like, comment, and share your favorite fall cafe spots in Munich or tips on creating a more balanced and joyful life.

Thank you so much for watching—I appreciate you being here!
Big hugs,
Lavinia
