Popular strategy for HoF, you probably have seen it. I think 3 Elysia is enough, but I ended up getting the 2 luxury ones on a double signet clear floor. They seem to have big steroid buffs, so even though I think signature guns can work 3 elysia, if you see ely portals they take big priority. You also can opt to use much higher damage stigmata such as Himeko top for less cooldown reduction on evade, which gives you a TON more dmg, though in this case you need to get the 10% + extra evade from the sakura signets.

I played for a while for this one, so I think a high amount of luck is needed for low damage HoF to clear. You need both Kalpas and Sakura, it's just annoying.
