Saphos Trains "The Lakelander" leaving Crewe on its return journey from Carlisle via the Cumbrian Coast on Saturday 1st July 2023.
Hauled by class 40 D213 Andania (40 013) with Class 47 47 614 (pretending to be a Shove Duff?).
I have a little bit of video of the Black 5 earlier in the day (I was on the train1) which I'll post later.
Despite seeing many, many Whistlers at Crewe, this is the 1st video I have of one! Also the first time I've had Cl40 haulage on the mainline since the early 1980s!
