A blend of eclectic electronic genres, such as Goa Trance, vaporwave, retro synth, and various 90s trends, coming together to celebrate the sun. This EP was inspired by sun worship from around the globe throughout the ages. Mithra is a Persian sun god. Hymn to the Aten was a poem written by an Egyptian Pharaoh, Akenaten, to express his love for the big star, claiming it to be the one true god. This was controversial at the time as Egypt had always been polytheistic, and Akenaten was the first Pharaoh to introduce monotheism to the civilization. Finding out about all this during my research was very fascinating and helped drive me to make the tracks. Other musical artists that have a major influence on me are Juno Reactor & Windows96
