Game three of the 2024 NBA Finals just wrapped up with the Boston Celtics taking a 3-0 lead on the Dallas Mavericks. It was a close back and forth game but stellar play from Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown, Jrue Holiday, Derrick White, and the entire Celtics supporting cast was too much for the Mavs to overcome despite the absence of Kristaps Porzingis. Kyrie Irving bounced back for a great game, Luka Doncic was incredible offensively although the defense was really bad, Dereck Lively and Daniel Gafford played well, but supporting guys like PJ Washington, Derrick Jones Jr, and Tim Hardaway Jr just haven't had enough. Dallas has fallen into a hole that nobody has ever made it out of with the Celtics on the brink of sweeping for their first NBA championship since 2008. So, let's talk about it.
