Foods cooked with oil
Fried foods
fruits and juice
Sugar
Dairy
Soya Sauce
Alcohol
Supplements I take:
Vitamin D 10,000 IU
Vitamin K2
1 Probiotic pill
Fish oil
Turmeric

So the new diet is going well and I am getting a better handle on it, just small changes at this point. I still do experiment here and there but I'm careful when experimenting. eating right, taking the right supplements, sleeping right and intermitted fasting all help to improve Crohns disease.
I'm hoping to prove that Crohns can be dealt with naturally, I know it can be done and I won't stop until it's done
