The Alliance and the Toilet Empire now have a mutual 'enemy'. The Alliance must seek assistance from an old connection. A race disbanded from the Alliance, because they themselves were deemed too 'unpredictable'. Either that, or it was used as an excuse by the leaders of the Alliance.
