South Indian Rasam is loved by all. In this episode we are showing you how to make authentic Trade rasam in an eeya sombu. This is a traditional vessel used exclusively for generations to make perfect aromatic rasam.
Ingredients
Tamarind gooseberry size piece
Salt to taste
Tomato 2 red ripe
Green chillis 2
Dry red chilli 3
Ginger 1/2 " pc
Cooked Tuvar dal 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves. a few
Ghee 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Jeera/Cummin seeds1 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
