Hello! Welcome to another pregnancy after IVF update. Today I'm talking about my 23 and 24 week twin pregnancy update. It's going by so fast and I can't believe we're almost to the third trimester!

Viability is a major milestone because if something were to happen and I went into preterm labor the babies have a 60-70% survival rate. Each week they get stronger and stronger but knowing we've made it this far after experiencing infertility and IVF is such a relief.
