Australia has a fantastic tradition in sport, but unfortunately sports injuries are part of the scene. The shoulder area is one of the most commonly injured areas in sport and often involves the ligaments providing instability to the joint. Taping the shoulder has been shown to be important during rehabilitation and return to action to activity and particular helping to maintain the proper position to prevent further damage or recurrence.

Watch as Physiotherapist Nicholas Ames demonstrates a shoulder strapping technique that will provide support, control but still allows mobility to allow individuals to return to activity as soon as it’s safe to do so.
