With all the travel and eating videos and constant moving around it can be hard to live a healthy lifestyle so starting in July we have decided to try and become more active and take up running to get fit and work off all the food we have been eating and what better place to have nice nature trail runs than Killarney national park, we also met an old Filipino friend for lunch in the town
