Like many others, I was very much engrossed with Netflix's unique drama, "Crash Landing on You" where a South Korean CEO falls in love with a North Korean soldier. One of the plot points centers around a particular piano melody overheard along the majestic and soothing landscapes of Lake Brienz, Switzerland. Although this song already inherent very calming, I still wanted to give it a lofi hiphop make-over that one can use to increase their concentration during long study sessions. For the art, I recently discovered an artist by the name of Studio Kai who has a whimsical and vibrant characteristic style. I asked him if he could design a custom animation based on his previous work and he graciously agreed. I think we can all agree that his final version really captures the emotions from the drama.
