1 large avocado (after cutting mine gave 470 grams);
1 box of condensed milk (395 grams box)
1 box of table cream (Box of 200 grams);
juice of 1 lemon;
1 pack of colourless and tasteless gelatin (Pack of 12 grams);
5 tablespoons water;
1/2 avocado to garnish dessert.
