Key features of the new Shimano EP801 4.3.0 Firmware update

**AUTO SHIFT Update**:
Improves gearshift control for AUTO SHIFT during pedaling, responding to changes in terrain and speed.
Enhances gear shifting timing during acceleration.
Enhances gear shifting timing for each assist setting.
Allows you to hold manually shifted gear position in AUTO SHIFT mode.
Adds self-learning to the AUTO SHIFT function of internal shifting units.
Improves shifting response for Automatic FREE SHIFT during aggressive riding, particularly in rapid deceleration for faster shifting to a lower gear.
**New Assist Settings Functions**:
Adds "assist carry over function" with 3-level selectable duration for assist continuation after pedaling stops.
Introduces "assist cutoff function" with 3-level selectable cutoff timing near the maximum speed limit. - Adds an aggressive assist character to the assist settings.
**Accessibility & Maintenance**:
Bug fixes.
