Russian President Vladimir Putin met with the top Turkish diplomat, Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, in Moscow on Tuesday. He said that he hopes to meet Erdogan in Kazakhstan in July on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting.
