This is an instruction video on how to change the rods on your STIGA Table hockey and Football games:

1. Remove the player and the handle.
2. Turn the game over and gently lift the sides of the tracks next to the slider.
3. Remove the old rod and put the new one in the same place.
4. Gently lift the sides of the track to attach the slider. The track should flow through the two edges on the sides of the slider, with the shorter one on the top side of the track (0:44).
5. Try the rod to see if it moves smoothly.
6. Put back the handle and the player.
