Steamed Egg in Pumpkin Thai Recipe | Cooking Thai Food | ไข่ตุ๋นฟักทอง

Ingredients:
1 Japanese pumpkin (Carving is optional)
3 eggs
1 stalk spring onion
50 g carrot
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp fish sauce

Method:
1. Steam the pumpkin about 15 mins.
2. Crack the eggs and beat them
3. Dice spring onion and carrot then put in the bowl.
4. add water and fish sauce and mix together.
5. Pour the beaten egg in the pumpkin and steam about 20 mins.
6. Enjoy eating.
