I find writing to either be romanticised (and therefore there's a lot of gatekeeping towards doing it) or completely underrated (and so there's no incentive to do it) and rarely anything in between. I wanted to put together 3 potentially less-talked-about ways that writing can improve your life, mental health and confidence in ways that are fun, interesting and above all easy to do and incorporate into your life.
