Have you ever read or heard about the story of Kadırga Yaylası Mosque before?? The mosque takes its name from the plateau where it is located, and it is a mosque without a dome or a roof. The mosque is located on the border of Gümüşhane and Trabzon. Now let's talk a little about its history. According to legend, once upon a time, Fatih Sultan Mehmet wanted to visit his friend Kadir Ağa in Trabzon, but learned that he had been martyred. Later, he would like to choose a location in this area with his soldiers to perform the Friday prayer and subsequently turn it into a mosque with his army. He set up the stones and built the minaret. So, these two minarets and arranged stones that we see today have been standing since that day and preserving its historical atmosphere.
