This is a dry pan fry lamb or mutton chops which you can enjoy as a starter or as a side dish with your meal. For this recipe I simply marinate two times the chops and fry in the oil. For this recipe i marinade chops with tikka masala more than red chilli .This recipe becomes more delicious with Tikka Masala .So you should also use tikka masala instead of red chilli while marinating the Chops.

Ingredients :
Mutton Chops 1kg
Half Cup Yogurt
Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons
salt one teaspoon
Method :
put all the things in mutton chops with half glass of water and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and then prepare the second marination ,

Tikka masala 2 large tablespoon
Red chilli one tsp
Salt half teaspoon
Turmeric Half Teaspoon
Red Chilli Flakes One Tablespoon
oil 2 tablespoon
Dry Coriander Powder One Teaspoon
Cumin Powder One Teaspoon
Method :
Marinate the pre-cooked chops meat with all the spices and fry it.
