Well let's start preparing the unique dough for this cake and beat the eggs with the sugar for 2 minutes ... then add the butter and mix it
Once done, add the grated lemon peels, vanilla, a pinch of salt and start sifting half the flour into the eggs, mixing it ... then add the milk and again we end up sifting all the flour
Finish kneading until you get a smooth, soft and creamy dough
You just have to pour it into a shaped pan 24cm in diameter, distributed well ... then put the strawberry jam in a piping bag and create some rough lines that are not precise intertwined on the cake
Bake in a static oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes

150ml milk
400gr strawberry jam
100g butter
130g sugar
3 eggs
grated zest of 1 lemon and 1 orange
1 sachet of sweet yeast
vanilla extract
pinch of salt
