Today I am showing you how to make the trendiest and stylish cake decoration . It is amazingly easy and you can find a lot more ways to use this method to make creative decorations. For making this , I used Isomalt . Isomalt is a sugar substitute derived from beets. Perfect for making clear candy decorations for your cakes, candies and desserts.
It is similar to sugar but doesn’t turn yellow when heated to high temperature. It also stands up to humidity better than sugar . So, it’s a great choice to use as a decoration .
