Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Cloves - 4 nos
Star anise - 2 nos
Cardamom - 4 nos
Kapok buds - 2 nos
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Onion - 2 nos
Green chilli - 4 nos
Kastoori methi - 1 tsp
Cashew nuts - 8/10
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Coconut Milk - 1 glass
Mint leaves little
Coriander leaves little
Taste for salt

(Tsp-Teaspoonc; Tbsp-Tablespoon)

Cooking oil - 3 tbsp
Mustered - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Kasoori methi little
Curry leaves little
Onion - 1 nos
Tomato - 1 nos
Carrot - 1 cup
Beans - 1 cup
Capcicum - 1/2 cup
Green peas - 1 cup
Potato - 1/2 cup
Knol knol - 1 cup
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Taste for salt

GRAINDED MASALA :
Coconut - 1 cup
Onion - 1 nos
Tomato - 1 nos
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 1 nos
Green chilli - 2 nos
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
