Ingredients for 1 kg of tomatoes
Tomatoes - 1 kg
Water - 1 liter
Salt - 2 tbsp (60 grams)
Sugar - 4 tbsp (100 grams)
Vinegar 9% - 100 ml
Black pepper peas - 5-8 pieces per jar
Garlic - 1 tbsp for 0.5 liter jar
