In today's video I talk about how I deal with access issues. I run through the dialogue of a typical access issue to help you know what to expect and what to say. An access issue is when a person with a disability who needs a service dog is illegally denied access to a public place because of their dog. Sadly, a lot of people and businesses don't know the laws or don't care to follow them. As a service dog handler, this is just one more challenge you will have to face.
