If you are going to get a latex mattress or a Tempur-Pedic mattress, you must have a foundation. You cannot use a box spring. Some people do use a box spring, but the mattress lacks the proper support. That's a bad idea to use a box spring of these type mattresses. I bought a Latex mattress from Spindle. It is so good it really floored me.
