This November brought rain, flooding and high winds to the North Sea coast of Scotland. The huge waves brought by Storm Babet meant some of the usual spots became dangerously big, but this also brought opportunities for some of the lesser known and normally flat beaches to light up. These rarely surfed waves were the highlight of an 11 day continuous run of prime surfing and river surfing for me here in Scotland!
