Back when the flood washed out the line near Finksburg on 7/25/18, that evening’s UBST got stranded and they were able to slowly get it back to Union Bridge, after temporary track work, a week later, on a Friday night. A crew came in the next morning, 8/4/18, to return the empties the rest of trip down to Woodsboro.
