Welcome to my channel and my Copper Canyon ( #Barranca del Cobre ) Adventure Ride in MEXICO. For this Adventure, I'll be riding my Suzuki DR650 set up for Adventure Motorcycle riding on and off-road. Starting in Sonora I got the trip going strong when on the first day, my parked motorcycle was hit by a forklift as I stood watching the entire event and enjoying a taco. After about 3 hrs beating metal back into share, I was back on the road, ending the day at a hotel in Yecora, Sonora. The following day I rode from Yecora to Guachochi, Chihuahua. This picks up at my hotel room in Guachochi, Chihuahua and ride all the way to Rodeo, Durango. The Copper Canyon is a spectacular area that I must revisit when I have a bit more time. I found plenty of places for wild camping at 2k-3k meter elevation. Happy travels!
