Breaking a comfort habit is so freaking difficult. We live for so many years uncomfortably because we are looking for and creating our own path. But once we find that comfort zone, many of us tend to get stuck. Afraid to change or react, people missout on so many opportunities.

Too many people change is scary. However, to me not changing and experiencing life, it seems like the first step to death. That scares me more.

Comfort is the cousin of death.
