This milk bread is ideal for breakfast especially on weekends and the best thing about them is that they can be put in the freezer and defrosted in one minute in the microwave.

My family loves them.

INGREDIENTS:

800 g soft wheat flour (type 450,480 or 500)
450 ml of warm milk
100 g of thick yogurt
100 g butter at room temeprature
1 egg and 1 yolk
10 g dry yeast or 30 g fresh yeast
1.5 tablespoon sugar (about 10 g)
1.5 tablespoon salt (about 15 g)

Preparation

Prepare 800 g of soft wheat flour and add 10 g of dry yeast, about 1.5 tablespoon of salt, 1.5 tablespoon of sugar and just stir this lightly.
Add 1 egg and 1 yolk.
Add 100 g of slightly melted butter.
Add 100 g of yogurt and stir gently.
Start adding 450 ml of warm milk.
Mix until you get a fine and even mass.
When you can no longer mix with a spoon, start kneading by hand.
Knead the dough as much as is enough to just mix all the ingredients. It is not necessary to knead the dough too much at this point. It only needs to rest a little bit so that the gluten is formed and then you can knead it.
The dough will be very soft, but that's how it should be.
Cover the dough and let it stand at room temperature for at least 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes you can knead the dough.
Sprinkle the work surface with very little flour and knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
Don’t add too much flour at this point.
Cover the dough and let it rise at room temperature for 30 to 45 minutes.
When the dough rise it should look like this.
After 45 minutes, transfer the dough to your work surface that is lightly floured and shape it.
Divide the dough into 24 equal parts.
Once you have divided the dough, shape it into balls that you need to cover with a kitchen cloth and leave to rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
Prepare just a little flour on a side if necessary and take one ball of dough and roll it out as much as possible as in the video.
I prefer not to put flour at this point but if you dough is too sticky you can put some.
Wrap the roll and roll in flour to make a fine shape.
Arrange the rolls on a baking paper.
Continue like this with the rest of the dough.
When making these rolls, make sure that they are the same shape and arrange them nicely in the pan.
When you have shaped all the dough, cover it with a kitchen cloth and let it rise at room temperature for 30 to 45 minutes.

When the rolls rise, coat them with oil and bake at 200 degrees C for about 25 minutes, depending on the oven.
When the rolls are baked, coat them with more oil or butter and leave them to cool a bit.
These rolls are ideal for breakfast and are very suitable for freezing.
If you want to freeze these rolls, store them in a freezer bag and place them on a flat surface in the freezer.
When you want to defrost them, put them in the microwave for 1.5 minutes, depending on the temperature, or take them out in the evening for the next day.
You can also defrost the rolls in the oven at 180 degrees for about 4 minutes.
