In response to the shelter in place situation, from my home to yours! I am creating a series of workouts for my clients, friends, family and anyone else that wants to join in. Being that this is my first workout video post, it's a little rough and sorry, the sound didn't record. I promise they will get better! I will do Cardio on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays, Pilates and Strength training on Tuesdays and Saturdays and Yoga on Thursdays and Sundays. Cardio is the hardest workout for me to keep up and its been a while, so be gentle on the comments folks. Also I am 53. Have fun, be safe, maybe play some of your own music for this one and go at your own pace.
