Recorded in a shellac, 10", 78 RPM, with the highest fidelity possible at that time.
This disc (Victor 25634) was recorded in 1937 in Victor's Hollywood studios.
Victor's Hollywood studios were used for film companies just to have the best sound possible.
It was probably recorded live, it is, no tape used, direct to disk, and with the RCA Ribbon Microphones.
