Five TIPS to Grilling Burgers on a Charcoal Grill. This was hard to make in only 5 tips. However, I find these to be the most important.
Tip 1: good temp reader
Tip 2: clean grill
Tip 3: create direct/indirect zones
Tip 4: don’t be afraid to lift lid/flip burgers. Don’t be excessive, but why risk burnt food!
Tip 5. Add cheese at the very end.
Bonus tips.
1. Go with the grate when flipping
2. Lift food off heat source when checking temp to avoid inaccurate readings
