With over 13 million viewers, Neil Hilborn’s OCD poem became one of the most viewed poems on YouTube. Expressing the reality of dealing with mental illness and being in a relationship, Neil has captured many people’s attention of what it’s like to live with his condition.
Growing up with OCD and then bipolar in college, Neil discovers OCD poems as a creative outlet to help him deal with his mental illness. With the love of writing and poetry, by August 2013, Neil has become one of the most-watched spoken poets in the world.

The day was hosted at Rhode Island College, with storytelling and breakout sessions in Sapinsley Hall.
