We could not believe that there was an actual, huge, pyramid out in the countryside of The Netherlands! In this video, you can see us exploring the Pyramid of Austerlitz.

We made the day trip from Amsterdam to the cute area just east of Utrecht but, of course, needed to eat before we went pyramid hunting. So we stopped at The Teahouse Rhijnauwen to try their self proclaimed TASTIEST PANCAKES IN THE UNIVERSE! We really loved the vibe and food there!
