i wanted to post this song tomorrow because i wanted to do some art for it but at the same time i really wanted to post this before the end of may :[[[
this song marks a lot of firsts for me:
1. first time using SampleLord for a full song
2. first time using the EarthBound soundfont
3. first time making a song that i would consider more ambient than melodic like my other pieces (real intense puzzle solving theme)
4. first song that isn't in a minor scale?!?!?!? with the exception of the first 10 seconds or so which i'd consider atonal (or just chromatic because Em could be considered the root chord), the rest of the song is in B Locrian (also switching between D Locrian and B Locrian by the middle, with a set of 4 measures actually being in both keys)

i'll still make the art i want to for this song but i originally wanted the video for this thing to be a timelapse of that piece of art but. because i'm STUPID and really want this out before the end of May i guess that'll have to wait (grr!!!)
