One of the top requests I've been getting is to make a Harry Potter Cake!! Using some simple, easy-to-shape cake toppers, this cake is very approachable for bakers who don't usually work with fondant (like ME!!!) And yes, the want and snitch are made out of melted tootsie rolls :)
