HELLO! Welcome to our super cute little DIY macrame Christmas tree ornament tutorial! This is a macrame project for beginners, but it is more of an arts and crafts project rather than your typical macrame project. That only means this one is:
1. SUPER fun,
2. SUPER cute, and
3. SUPER easy to make

Materials used:

1) 3mm macrame cord
2) 1.25" ring
3) Star bead
4) Cinnamon stick
5) 1mm-2mm string

Special tools: you'll need lots of glue to attach everything together for this little tree!

Size of completed project: 2" wide x 4.5" length (excluding the handle)

03:26 - Step #1 : Using a 60 cm cord, make a 4-loop Pipa knot.
04:44 -Step #2 : Trim the ends of the back and secure the ends to the back of the knot with glue.
05:30 - Step #3 : Make 4 more Pipa knots for a total of 5 knots.
05:45 - Step #4 : Glue the PIpa knots onto the sides of the ring.
06:58 - Step #5 : Make 5 more Pipa knots and attach them onto the first row of Pipa knots with glue.
08:14 - Step #6 : Using a 50 cm string, make an Overhand knot for the handle and then thread the bead through. Make another Overhand knot underneath.
08:52 - Step #7 : Thread the handle top down through the tree and then place the stick bottom up through the tree and secure everything with glue.
