The Legend of Zelda is a franchise that has stood the test of time as the definitive adventure games of many generations of gamers. Nearly every game is beloved and universally acclaimed for various reasons, but the excellent gameplay, iconic music, beloved characters, and unique world building has captured the hearts of millions around the globe.
Twilight Princess is my favorite game of all time and has been ever since I first played it nearly twenty years ago. From the story and amazing characters, to some of the best gameplay and dungeons the series has ever seen, this game is a textbook example on how a zelda game should be made.
With that being said, it seems that while the game is loved, it very rarely shows up as peoples favorite zelda game, especially in the new age of breath of the wild and tears of the kingdom. Is it because of a lack of accessibility? Or am I remembering things differently that what they really are? Either way join me as I go over what makes Twilight Princess a masterpiece.
