The Outwaters is a new found footage horror film that has been generating some of the most buzz this subgenre has seen since The Blair Witch Project. Can it possibly live up to the hype as one of the greatest if not scariest found footage films ever made… or does this film, like its tagline, die in the dark. Here's my video review.
