This is what happens when you have a gun that makes explosions, and explosions have a chance of dropping items. Basically you have infinite items and that includes health, shields and chests. I could heal after every room if I took damage, and spawn endless amounts of eggs. In fast I could probably have infinite anything I wanted, just because of one item paired with the right gun. Also this is a new update so a whole bunch of new stuff is in there too.
